INGREDIENTS:

  • Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Milk powder - 10 grams
  • Custard Powder - 10 grams
  • All purpose flour - 200 grams
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder - 80 grams
  • Butter - 120 grams
  • Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Saffron - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Salt
How to make the best snacks - Osmania Biscuits....Osmania Biscuits are one of the popular biscuit..

RECIPE:

  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Add butter, sugar powder and mix it well.
  3. Now add milk and mix it again.
  4. Take another bowl, add all purpose flour, custard powder, milk powder, cardamom powder, salt, baking powder and mix thoroughly.
  5. Now add the butter and sugar in this mixture and mix it like a dough.
  6. Then roll the dough into a thin sheet.
  7. Now cut them into a round shape and arrange the biscuits on the tray.
  8. Now pour the milk and saffron mixture on top of this.
  9. Now bake them at 180c for over 15 minutes.
  10. Your Osmania Biscuits are ready to eat.
  11. ENJOY EATING IT!
