Here are the ingredients and the recipe of Butterscotch Ice Cream. Everyone does like to eat Ice Creams specially Kids. So, with this recipe you can easily prepare and enjoy eating at your home itself.
- Firstly, take 10 to 12 cashes in a mortal pestle.
- With the pestle, crush the cashews to a mixture and keep it aside.
- Now take a pan and add to tablespoons butter.
- And then add 4 tbsp sugar and mix it very well.
- Cook this mixture on a low flame and stir at intervals.
- Continue stirring when the sugar starts changing color.
- Switch off the flame after a few minutes and immediately add the crushed cashews and mix quickly.
- For this mixture on a plate lined with butter paper.
- After it becomes hard and cool it at room temperature.
- Now break praline in small pieces.
- Then crush 9 pieces and keep it aside.
- Now take a large bowl and take three cups of chilled whipping cream.
- And add one teaspoon vanilla extract and start whipping the cream at high speed (it takes nearly 10minutes).
- Now add 400 grams of chilled sweetened condensed milk and crushed praline.
- Then fall gently but very well.
- Now remove the butterscotch ice cream mixture in a container and then cover it tightly.
- Then freeze till the ice cream set and garnish it.
