How to make the best ice cream - Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.....easy way of making it at home.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 75 grams brown sugar
  • 75 grams cooking chocolate
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 75 grams chocolate chips
  • Chocolate cookies 

RECIPE:

  1. Take a sauce pan and put milk, sugar and chocolate into it on a medium flame.
  2. Heated Antilla chocolate has melted and the sugar dissolved.
  3. Now for the warm mixture into the beaten eggs.
  4. Now Stir it constantly.
  5. Then return the mixture to the pan and over a low heat.
  6. Stir it until the custard thickens.
  7. Now strain the mixture in a bowl and then add vanilla essence.
  8. Leave it to cool.
  9. Now whip cream until it forms soft peaks.
  10. Whisk it into a cooked custard.
  11. Now store in the chocolate chips.
  12. Now, turn the mixture into freezer container.
  13. Cover it and freeze until firm.
  14. Transfer the ice cream to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  15. Yeah! Chocolate chip ice cream is ready...
  16. Enjoy eating it!
