INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups cabbage
  • 3/4 Cup onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Besan
  • 1/4 Cup rice flour
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • Some coriander leaves, chopped finely
  • Some curry leaves
  • Oil

RECIPE OF CABBAGE PAKODA:

  1. Cut the cabbage finely and put them in warm salted water for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Now rinse with fresh water and dry in a colander.
  3. Now take a bowl.
  4. Then transfer  the cabbage to that bowl and sprinkle salt.
  5. Now add chilies, ginger garlic paste, ajwain onions, coriander and curry leaves.
  6. Mix everything well.
  7. Now squeeze it for 30 seconds and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  8. Add the flour and mix it well to make a thick dough.
  9. Don't add water.
  10. Now heat oil in a pot.
  11. Put the flame 2 medium High then drop some portion of this mixture.
  12. Fry until it becomes golden.
  13. Drain on a kitchen tissue.
  14. Your Cabbage Pakoda is ready to eat.
  15. ENJOY EATING IT!
