INGREDIENTS:
- Popcorn
- Brown sugar
- Corn syrup
- Butter
- Vanilla extract
- Baking soda
RECIPE OF CARAMEL POPCORN:
- Take a brown paper lunch bag and fold the top closed.
- Now add 1/4 cup Popcorn kernels in that bag.
- Then microwave for a minute until you hear popping sound.
- Now add melted butter and salt.
- Shake the bag to coat the popcorn.
- Now to make Caramel Popcorn, melt butter in a large non-stick skillet.
- Once it's melted, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt until it becomes smooth.
- Now bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- As soon as the caramel starts to gently boil, boil for 2 minutes by stirring it.
- Now stir it in baking soda and vanilla.
- Then drizzle caramel immediately over Popcorn.
- Toss it gently with spatula.
