Here are the ingredients and recipe of the best Sweet - Jalebi. Everyone likes to eat Sweet. Jalebi is one of the best Sweets. Instead of going out to eat Jalebi, you can easily prepare it at home. So here is the best and easy way of making Jalebi.

INGREDIENTS OF JALEBI:

• 3 cups all purpose flour.
• 1/2 cup corn flour.
• 2 cups hung curd
• 1.5 pinches baking soda.
• 1/2 cup ghee
• 2 cups sunflower oil
• 3 cups sugar.
• 3 cups water
• 5 strands saffron
• 4 drops rose essence
• 1/2 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
• 1/2 teaspoon edible food color

RECIPE OF JALEBI:

1. Take a bowl.
2. Mix all purpose flour, cornflour and baking soda in it to make the Jalebi batter.
3. Now add ghee and orange food color to the mixture.
4. To make the thick batter, add water and curd and mix it well.
5. Then keep it aside for 8 hours or overnight.
6. Now, to make sugar syrup, heat water in a pan and add sugar and mix it well.
7. Then add saffron, cardamom powder, rose essence and stir it well.
8. Now heat oil in a pan.
9. Then fill the jalebi batter in a muslin cloth and pierce a small hole in it.
10. Now squeeze the muslin cloth to make concentric circles.
11. Move it from inside to outside to make perfect circles.
12. Fry till jalebis are golden.
13. Now soak the jalebis in sugar syrup for 5 minutes.
14. Now remove from syrup and place on a tray lined with butter paper.
15. Decorate it with silver foil.
16. Your jalebis are ready to eat.
