     INGREDIENTS OF MAIDA BISCUIT:

  • All purpose flour-3.5 cups
  • Powdered sugar- 1.5 cups
  • 5 teaspoons ghee
  • Green cardamom- 6
  • 2 pinches salt
  • Refined oil as much you need
  •  Baking soda- 1.25 pinches

      RECIPE:

  1. Take a large bowl.
  2. Sift together all purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking soda and mix.
  3. Add salt to the flour and mix it with hands by adding ghee.
  4. Mix it very  well by adding after and make it into a hard dough.
  5. Make that dough into 10-12 balls and start rolling them into thick chapattis.
  6. Now cut the chapattis into diamond shapes [your desired shape] and keep aside.
  7. Now heat the pan with some oil in it.

  9. When the oil is hot dough, place the biscuits [i.e., diamond shaped ones] into the pan.
  10. Now fry them till they turn into brown color.
  11. Then keep them on a tissue paper as it absorbs extra oil.
  12. Finally, our healthy snacks- maida biscuits are ready to eat.
