How to make Manchurian - Veg Manchurian - one of the best spicy food.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup chopped red cabbage.
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot.
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum.
  • 1/4 chopped French beans.
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions.
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch.
  • 2 tablespoons maida.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • oil1/2 tablespoon soya sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup.
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons red chili sauce.
  • 1 spoon corn flour.
  • 2 tablespoon water.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic and garlic.
  • 2 green chilies.
  • 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar.

RECIPE:


  1. Take chopped veggies in a bowl.
  2. Then add dry ingredients to it and mix it and make it a dough-like mixture (just mix it very well and press so that the juices of veggies go off).
  3. Now make it into round veggie balls and keep aside.
  4. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry those balls.
  5. After frying (when it becomes brown and crispy) place balls on kitchen paper.
  6. Now in a small bowl take soya sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce and keep aside after mixing.
  7. In another bowl take corn flour and 2 tablespoons water and mix very well.
  8. Then take 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and heat it.
  9. Now add spring onions, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chilies.
  10. Stir it for some time till the color of the onions changes.
  11. Now add the mixed sauces and mix it very well.
  12. Then add 1 cup water.
  13. After sometime mix the cornflour paste in a bowl and add to the pan.
  14. Now mix it very well and continue to stir.
  15. After cooking for some time, when the sauce thickens, add black pepper powder.
  16. Now add salt, which contains soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup.
  17. Add sugar if required.
  18. Then add fried vegetable balls and also add rice vinegar and stir it gently.
  19. Now switch off the flame and add chopped onions.
  20. Your veg Manchurian is ready to eat now.
